Elio is a Kuwait-based food company where I worked full-time as Brand and Marketing Manager for nearly three years. It was my first time working in F&B, and the brand was built entirely from scratch — which made it both a challenge and a huge learning curve. The role covered building the brand identity with a team, directing photography and videography, managing social media, and handling graphic design day to day — including post layouts, text overlays, and content formatting.
Brand Identity
The brand was built around a warm, appetising colour palette of soft corals, sage greens and peachy tones, with Nelphim and Rotunda as the English brand fonts and Dubai and Tajawal for Arabic. The palette was chosen to feel warm and appetising — colours that naturally complement food and give the brand an inviting, fresh quality.

Photography
A large part of my role involved the creative direction of photography, split across two main areas: lifestyle shots to build the brand's visual world, and menu photography to showcase the food. I was involved in directing the look, feel and composition of each shoot to stay consistent with the brand.
